Doing OK. I am trying low carb (again) but I should be going to the gym regularly to swim soon as I will be moving in the next few months to a better location. The site here is a bit slower than years ago, the way the site is set up now is less user friendly. It used to go right to one's diet section with the comments, so everyone saw their friends' posts right away... but in time people get off of here or got off of here - lured by FB or other diet sites. I found journaling daily in the past did get me to be more in tune with my dieting, so for those of you just starting out on here - stick with it. And to maintain the best way is to journal about it too... I gained weight later by not journaling for months on end. I would like to be below 220 by spring, and I think I can do it.

Doing OK. I will move in the next few months - maybe weeks. And then I will get to the gym more often. Did OK today, a bit of carbs in yogurt. I am easing into low carb again. One must take potassium I found, as it is so limited even if one is eating mushrooms and avocados... my potassium level always dropped. I am eating low carb bread. Eating out is a challenge unless one gets salad, which is what I have been doing.
