Day 2 didn't work out so well, I did okay on the diet end but I wasn't able to get the workout done. It was Lower Body, with lots of squats & lunges, and my right knee gave out. Today is Day 3, and the diet is about perfect. I did some volunteer work today, sorting through donations & packing up winter coats, and I am EXHAUSTED! I may try to get in a workout later, we'll see. I mean, I'll probably do at least something, just not sure what.
