I guess I could always follow ur diet seems not to be working for u either, no one on here is ace at losing weight if we were we wouldn't have this group, n a keyboard warrior like urself is all chat due to the fact ur probably lonely so welcome to fat secret  

Yes u are gaining, if ur just tracking calories why put ur weight in u seem to have as many excuses for gaining as I do,  

Good luck with ur fat gain then if that's what ur looking for, n I didn't invite u to be a moron with me u took the opportunity to have a go. If that's made u feel good about ur downfalls then I'm glad I could be there for u, once u get over urself maybe ull find ur happy place 

U enjoy ur holiday make sure u make the most of it

Yes don't forget to add on ur resume that u only argue with people, who are clearly emotional eaters eg: I had pie n chips as my daughter went away. So that u make them feel bad about themselves and eat more is that how u gained ur weight????  

Heather I really wouldn't let what cheif has to say have any importance, besides his 1st pay in last year was May last year, with only about 5 after that and he's not even lost a lb! (actions speak louder than words) i also csnt see any gaining mucle or it would be a gain loool he had a dig at me too the other day he's just ones of those people! Heather you have been doing so well and I'm sure you are worried sick and my thoughts are with you xx I'm a worrier too! it's not a nice feeling but it can't be helped. that being said be your best self and we all have your back :) us good eggs anyhow haha xx 

what did you gain at the gym cheif? a bit of muscle memory? because it clearly wasn't a brain cell! 

Maybe weighing once a month's not the best idea, but unless I try I'll never no, if ud looked at my previous posts I did write if I have a loss I sabotage it. I suppose iv just given u some more ammo to have a go
