Great..Just great.

Well, I think I tore my left knee miscues.

Just great.

On top of everything else I need to do to get this weight off, now I need to deal with this.

I wonder sometimes if these circumstances present themselves to knock you down or pick you up.

I've made some good progress, now on the 18th day of my weight loss program and this is not going to slow me down.

So, what to do about this recent development?

Just going to work thru it, stay on my program and show myself a little kindness.

Probably have to go for surgery as this type of tear is not really repairable.

Lots of folks have it way worse than me.

And so it goes...

Hang in there! You can still lose weight by tracking calories and eating fewer calories than before. Then, in time, you can add workouts again! Stay on track! LOG ALL FOOD!! 💪 💯 ☘️ 🌎

I agree. Log your foods. It really helps me to feel as if I am accomplishing a goal.

Another vote you can do it. In my experience, weight loss is more a function of what you do in the kitchen than what you do in the gym

Stay true to weight loss will be the kindest (long term) goal for your precious knees. Keep your courage; donuts will definitely not be the answer to your doc’s news
