Today is gonna be a short one.

Not that i'm super pressed for the, but just got off the scale and well - up .8 pounds from yesterday despite hitting my mark on food.

I'll try to stay positive about this.

I have a team meeting with my colleagues later this week and dreading it.

We haven't seen each other for 1.5years and during that time i put on 50lbs.

So, expecting the 'hidden' gasps and corner eye looks.

I am so sick of being fat.
