Morning FS friends!

Made a mini break in weight, .4lbs, and that's not too bad.

.4lbs is 1400 calories. So, just think about it.

If I can keep this trend going, that's a whopping 12lbs a month, or 146lbs in an entire year.

That may not be completely realistic, but add or subtract .2 here or there, you are still over 100lbs at the end of the year.

What am I trying to say?

This is a journey not a sprint - I have to keep reminding myself of that.

And so it goes...

688 kcal Líp: 34,34g | Prot: 70,51g | Carbs : 27,36g.   Pequeno Almoço: Starbucks Coffee, Hood Country Creamer, Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla. Almoço: Smithfield Diced Ham, Nature's Promise Spring Mix Salad, Boar's Head Blue Cheese, Glaceau Vitamin Water Zero Rise Orange, Hood Country Creamer, Cherry Tomatoes, Great Value Green Olives with Pimento, Wegmans Mushrooms, Broccoli, Sour Cream. Jantar: Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten). mais...

I most recently mentored a 35 year old gal on her weight loss journey and she lost 175 pounds over a year. She never even felt like she was dieting, and she wasn’t. She was changing her lifestyle. Small losses consistently over time add up to wonderful results. Not everyone will achieve that kind of loss but every loss adds up to help achieve your goal. Be patient and keep going

Tassos67– so simple, so easy and if you have read anything I have written before, that’s it. I will write a loose on my own site about this gal, her obese 8 year old and thier successful journey. Others who have been on FS for as long as I have are tired of hearing it but for newer people I will do it again.

Any progress is still progress! I remember reading in the book "Atomic Habits," something along the lines of, "Just keep putting one foot in front of the other - even if you have to do it very slowly." You have the right mindset. You can do this!
