I got up today and pampered myself and decided that I needed to weigh myself. I am now at 222 lbs. I am proud of myself cause I have been going thru alot and it has been hard to keep up with this weight lose but I am glad I have been able to maintain what I have going because this is very important to me and my health. I'm going to stay prayed up and believe God will help keep me in the path I need to be in.
