I am thinking I am making the transition to weighing only once a week. I have been weighing on Wed/Sun. Thinking I am mentally ready for once a week and gonna go for it. Sundays it is... (until it isn't)

good plan!! i think I need to do the opposite though..I have lost motivation and i think if I actually weigh in more often I may get some of it back..hopefully anyway!!!

At first I only weighed in once a week just because I didn't want to get discouraged with the ups and downs but now I weigh every morning (don't record) just to keep an eye on it. I think I liked once a week better. Give it a try and see how you like it.

Steve, I weigh in daily, but have only been recording daily. It is what it is, there are to many ups and downs during the week for me to weigh in so much. Cheers. Mel

Whatever works for you Steve, with your schedule any day you can manage to stand still long enough to read the scale is a bonus!
