Thursday - Workout is yoga X. To Be Done Tonight

REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK:
Was gonna take a rest day and switch the 1.5 hour yogax workout to Sunday. Then remembered I have to be at church probably around 6am. And really didn't want to get up ubber early to workout, then drive 20 minutes to town to do chili fundraiser and later caroling. Yep. So we're doing yoga x tonight after work, supper, and then bed. With P90x, you have to plan your days and nights wisely. Mornings are best time, but sometimes you just need the extra sleep cause you are playing on your ipad too long in the evenings. Just saying! :)

Also snacked too long last night -- going back to no snacking after supper!!!
