In the past I was disgusted with the taste and consistency of cottage cheese. I was recently introduced to putting it on toast which still sounds disgusting to me but has become one of my favorite go-to snacks. Of course adding banana slices and a bit of cinnamon is a game changer.

I love how versatile cottage cheese can be. I often (almost daily) have cottage cheese with a few tablespoons of salsa for breakfast. I will throw in some veggies with that... grape tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes for some crunch and texture. I'm not a fruit person, and prefer savory additions to cottage cheese.

@juliebird thanks for idea, I will try. I would love to do on the toast too, but maybe in couple of months, when I get my weight back
