Good morning - being on 'show and tell' duty is tough. Wears a girl out! Yesterday, thought I did better than I actually did. (Late night, I don't care snacking got my goat!)

Saturday, I ate alot more, but the yardwork - picking up sticks, moving branches from one side of the yard to the other....and sweating in the pre-summer sun while watching my sister and brother in law entertain at their house...riding by on the jet ski, waving...yeah.

Seriously overall it was a good weekend. I have to snap back into the workouts this week. I can tell when I don't get the exercise in...the sanity/stress level starts to get the best of me.
