Did you ever have one of those days you wake up thinking that today is Sunday only to realize from the traffic noise outside your window that today is Monday?

That's how my day started.

Had a good weekend and got plenty of exercise landscaping, planting shrubs and moving large rocks.

My focus this week is to continue my plan and begin thinking about my workout program for May.

If you have been following me you'll recall that my first major goal is hitting 265lbs by my birthday of May 25th.

That's 10lbs by then.

I'll do my best.

And so it goes.
