I have changed things up a bit but not sure if it's what Cindyshine meant...Instead of eating balanced meals, I am eating a handful of this or that (usually hummus and a small piece of low carb flatbread) and then finishing my day off with a klondike bar. I am cooking nice meals but when it's time to eat I just can't bring myself to eat my own cooking.My appetite is zero and even eating the ice cream is "hard" but I think I am doing it to punish myself for not performing...
I started walking to work again...found a new exercise [program using a yoga ball but have not started it yet...

A klondike bar, really? lol I know you like SF fudgsicles. I just started eating those again. Well if you can 'afford' the klkbars go ahead but don't be suprised if it doesn't work. Really, you heart has to be in it. Negative feeling will do so much more harm then good. And bad foods will make you those negative feelings loud and clear. Try eating things that won't make you feel guilty. Do they happen to have klondikes in Dark Chocolate and maybe only eat half. I would sooo get a dark choc one!
