A few days ago I posted about the work stress I've been under prepping to present a 2-day online grant writing workshop. Today is show time. Not as prepared as I'd like to be, but I can pull it off. Way more people signed up for this than I ever expected. Today and tomorrow will be survival eating. Wish me luck!

You'll do great, because you already put in the preparation. As far as food goes, just keep grapes onhand (instead of chocolate) for nervous munchies, and you'll be fine. Worst case scenario, just only eat half of what's on the plate. If this is all being done on Zoom, there's no buffet or banquet set up, so it's not like plates of donuts will be on display.

Good point about no tempting conference munchies, JustBananas! I suppose I could have brought in donuts for me and the one other person in the webinar room, but I've learned ain't NOBODY wants to watch you chew on Zoom! 🤣 Survival food isn't so much junk, but it's RxBars and pistachios and a little cold seitan instead of the actual sit down lunch I prefer

Thank you all for your encouragement. Day 1 went great! Fortunately, someone else is doing a session tomorrow, so I only have to present 2 instead of 3
