Not sure if these are realistic because I know plateauing is real, but I’m going to try! I’m also still breastfeeding which means I cannot cut too many calories. Also attempting to build muscle which could affect the number on the scale. So far I’ve been able to keep this pace and may even be a little ahead of schedule, so fingers crossed.
