@heather pretty much yes, parboiled the vegs and grilled the rashers then mixed with the sauce topped with grated less fat cheese and bake for few minutes. I used Loyd Grossman parmesan & cheddar sauce only 111 cals per serving but I had the whole packet so 222 cals, very tasty 😊
