It's so nice to go back and compare photos to see how far I've come. There are times I focus so hard on where I want to be, that it feels like I'm not making progress. Looking back shows me otherwise, I've been making progress the entire time.

Debeca- I just stay in a calorie deficit. I have a terrible sweet tooth that I can't ignore 😅 If I try to I will inevitably fail, hate myself and ultimately quit. Counting calories and staying in a deficit is the only way that's helped me, since I can still have sweets as long as it's in budget and moderation.

I really love that I have pictures to compare! When I first joined FS I asked for any advice at all and many users recommended that I take pictures. So I took their advice and I fully never intended to share the pics, ever. At the start of my journey I had 0 faith in myself and doubted I would get anywhere. But being on FS has really, really helped me. The support is tremendous and seeing others posting pics of their own transformations gives me hope and slowly but surely I've been changing. I wanted to share my progress to give back to FS the same hope and motivation I've been given. 💗

As for your sweet tooth, I have a bad one too. I read that an adult woman should eat 25g or less of sugar per day. I bought sugar free peanut butter and bread, and, keep within 25g/day and I don't get cravings like I used to.
