Third day back. Two runs. Not doing Leto this time. Just what I want but counting calories. Max 1200 a day. Started parking my car a distance from work so I get a short work before and after. Hopefully shed 10 pounds by end of may. I’m hopeful but will be happy with 5 . Wish me luck!
