Good Morning FS friends! Happy New Year to you all! I have set myself a mini-challenge this month. Debbie 5.0 will be here on January 15th, 2015. It's a new and improved version and I would like to be down 50 lbs from my starting point for my birthday. I am giving myself the month to do it, and I have 10 pounds to lose to get there :). I want my birthday gift to myself to be becoming 50 pounds lighter. To accomplish this I am going to increase my exercise by 30 minutes a day. My daily routine has become easy for me anyway, so it is time to step it up a notch or two. The weight is coming off slower now and it is really not safe to cut anymore calories than I already have, so increasing physical activity is the route to go. Wish me luck! Ya'll have a great day!
