I figured out how to screencast hbomax from iPad to my tv today! Score! I can finally watch Doom Patrol! 🥳! I had Bluetooth turned off for years & only sorted it out today.
Forgot dinner photo, but it was a 4 ounce pork loin serving and a Walmart marketside kale, cranberry & pecan salad that came w honey mustard dressing. The bag was 2.5 servings & we split it 3 ways. Still charted as 1 full serving. I didn’t know what to expect but it was amazing! Maybe it was 2 weeks of loooow sodium & no snacks or soda but 😋. In fact EVERYTHING has tasted amazing. Plain oatmeal with a little honey 🍯 is delicious. I haven’t ate oatmeal that wasn’t the powdered flavored stuff in decades.
This evening I made popcorn in veg oil on the stove. Obviously too much oil. In a few paychecks I’ll get an air popcorn popper. They’ve increased in price 50% in just a few years. 😑
& to round out amazing tastes, every night at bedtime I take a bar of hersheys special dark chocolate & savor one half of one rectangle (4g total) on the roof of my mouth. I feel like Freddie Highmore’s Charlie Bucket & family. I sniff the piece for several minutes before placing it on my tongue & sticking it to the roof of my mouth. & that’s it. 4g bit a day. It’s incredible.
In other TMI news, I guess I drank enough water finally today & lost weight.
