No I haven't had a disastrous week. I have invested in digital scales as I could lose or gain a stone by rocking back and forth on the mechanical scales. my waistline is reappearing and I have had to take in 3 t shirts 🙂

Best investment i have made for my health was splashing out on some digital scales (mine have a tracking feature linked to an app). Daily ups and downs are all 'smoothed out' by the general trend.

I have a cheap digital scale from Lidl and it's worked fine for years and years. I don't know if it's right but it's consistent.
