Hello all! Thank you for the insane support on yesterday's journal. It is comforting to know that I'm not the only one who experiences these episodes, and that I have so many wonderful people behind me, through thick and thin ;).

I am feeling better today. Getting back to class tonight is weighing on my mind quite a bit, but should be good to see friends again. Still nervous about clinicals, but I think that seeing everybody tonight will help ease my worry. We are all going through the same thing, some people with no medical background at all. At least I have some experience.

I didn't go to the gym today. Crappy weather came in last night so there was a two hour delay for the kids' school this morning. Nice because I went back to sleep (haha) but shortens my day a lot. I went grocery shopping after I dropped the kiddo off, and finally made it back about noon. I have laundry, dishes, and shower to get done, as well as making dinner before I leave at 4:30 for my classes. I opted out of the gym today, based on the argument that I don't have time. I don't know how valid that excuse is, but the decision has been made. I will go first thing in the a.m. I tried doing some kettle bell moves but my knee and my shoulder are so crunchy (for lack of a better term) I feel it might be best to stick to the lower impact workouts.

My body is adjusting well to healthy eating. No more shakes, or feeling like I'm going to starve to death. If I go to bed a little hungry it's not uncomfortable. Oh, indigestion is gone too. Funny how you adjust. The first few days were the hardest, but doing pretty well now and I'm grateful for it. Just got to get the activity level back up.

Yay you! I agree with you Yolanda - once you get back to class and back to familiar people who are all probably freaking out about clinical to some degree you will probably feel much better. And I feel sure after day 1 of clinicals you will feel better. Many times the unknown is the problem not the event itself. And it sounds as if your day is rather full today... bnut I guess you could skip the shower LOL - NOT!!

Good luck with class tonight, you'll do awesome!! Glad to hear that the healthy eating is helping you too. Exercise will come, even if its only 10 min sessions!

You're doing better - one day at a time, right? I'm not that good about going to bed hungry .. I can do it all day w/o a thought but can't stand my stomach growling louder than my snoring...
