Could not find low salt tortillas. Made my own and they are very tasty! 149 Cal each, 5.8 fiber, 0 sodium, 7 carbs and 4 protein. Topped them with 1/2 cup each Mrs Dash no salt Sloppy Joe and 1 1/2 slices Lacey Swiss. Entire meal: 41 carbs, 250 Sodium

Big filling meal for only 250 sodium.
Recipe to make 8 no sodium tortillas
2 cups almond flour
6 tablespoons psyllium whole husk (not powder)
1 tsp My Salt (or NoSalt)
1 tsp each: Dak’s (Nothin But Ranch, Kaboom, Italian Blast and Greek Zest)
1 tsp each Trader Joe’s (21 Seasoning Salute and Black Garlic)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 cup warm/hot water (not boiling)
Mix dry throughly.. add oil & water and mix well.
Divide into 8 balls
Place ball into quart ziploc (cut open in each side) and roll flat (or use tortilla press)
Preheat pan on medium-low heat.
2 1/2 minutes on each side
