Good morning everyone!!! Weekend was pretty good (will figure up points later). Up today and working out by 5am! Felt more like hot tea today (herbal) than coffee. We'll see how that works out later! Engagement photos taken over the weekend...top of Marriot parking deck and State House grounds...can't wait to see them! Today is the first start of Turbo Jam...it actually came in Friday, so I opted to get a jump on the new challenge and start on Monday! The Learn & Burn segment is relatively easy...the burn segment...yeah, I sweated like a horse after a 3 mile run! And it was just about 30 minutes total. The music was awesome - and it was a little unusual to 'dance' so early in the morning. But I'm looking forward to it! I wore the weighted gloves today (not sure if I was supposed to, but I did)...and I can tell that it does make a little difference. Now to master the basic moves....was a fish out of water on a few of them! Yesterday was ugly...either had a 24 hr stomach bug or ate something that disagreed with me. Leaning more toward the former. Yikes...so the pork ribs were eatten twice yesterday -- they had SODIUM in them -- as I had no saltine crackers or anything. Another food item I consumed was alot of Cherrios. Plus I think I did drink about 1 gallon of water...replenishing baby, replenishing! Still not 100%, but working back up to it. Anyway...wrote everything down I ate over the weekend, though I'm unsure of all the point values. Today is a new day....life is good...I am now in progress of Operation No Alterations (the wedding dress). LOL. Peace!
