So 2.5 months on lo-carb eating, 27 lbs lost and now this past week has had more than it's share of transgressing. A few throw the baby out meals (like fried chicken) and then some days of overconsuming (like yesterday), but I have to say I've been really hungry for about 5 days now, and that has contributed. I know I've not been getting in good breakfasts, and I'm going to look over the past few weeks of records to see mb other trends. Off the top I'm thinking the morning decaf coffee which I stayed away from and just let back in may make me hungry, jsut like the diet sodas did in the beginning (totally off those now). Always more to learn, but it's kinda fun. Except for the hungries. I need those to go away. Mb it's just a period cycle thing. We shall see.

27 lbs in 2.5 months is wonderful! I see your drinking the coconut water, do you find this helps with weight loss? I've thought about trying it but wasn't sure if it would lessen the weight loss since I'm on Atkins. When I find myself feeling hungry I try to increase my protein, usually helps.

Hi Anna, I'm back! I took a couple of weeks off tracking, but it's time to get focused again. Can't let it slide too much! Bobbo's cousin is joining me on the diet while she stays here, so we have a new convert. :) Congrats on the 27 pounds! That's soooo fantastic, keep up the good work!

Thank u dieter4life. I include coconut water for the crazy high potassium. I'm on a medication called Diamox to try to lower my spinal fluid production and it tanks your potassium levels which causes a lot of issues so even though it's a bit higher carb than I'd like it to be I try to include a half cup or so now and then. I don't know if it helps with weight loss in any way. Yeah I think I"ve been going too low on protein trying to save grocery $$.

Hi Platinum1 just saw this it doesn't tell me when there is a comment! YAY for Natalie being on the diet also that will make it so much more fun and easier. I have you to thank for my awesome diet.
