Haven't weighed myself in a while. I definitely gained some weight. Been eating over my daily calories by a bit almost every day. But I'm weightlifting hard and sticking to my daily protein goal. So I guess I'm on a mini bulk now for the rest of winter. I'll go on a mini cut in spring if needed. I just need a bit of a break from being so strict. If I want to eat something extra that puts my daily calories over my limit - I'll do it.
