Hmm. Total was around 300 but had 40 calorie smoothie for breakfast and a run before breakfast so mostly negative at that point. That’s how I justified the cheese ….

Great! I love cheese but rarely eat it cuz of the calories and fat, it's good tho that u can eat something u want and excersise to use up the cals xx

I’m a diabetic; whilst the fats and calories are problematic it makes for a low carb and therefore minimal insulin snack. It’s all about balance and the exercise helps to counter it for sure.

Marmite butter. Whipped unsalted butter … add a teaspoon of marmite … you will never look back (assuming you like marmite of course)
