The journey has been a struggle for years with food. I have been my biggest at 257 and smallest 120 but that’s at 18. Now I’m fighting diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and ptsd. So I have went to a low carb lifestyle. I’m not calling it a diet but a lifestyle due I’m fighting for my health n life. So I cut out all process foods high fructose foods all sweet drinks rice paste n so on. I quit drinking almost two years ago n I will begin exercising. If anyone has any advice r pointers to help me it’s greatly appreciate it. Tks
