Hi BB, I am fantabulous..thanks ! I went for golf practice in 95F summer heat yesterday , today will walk 5-mile 🕺🏻🚶‍♂️Life is good. What are you up to this week?  

Wow!!!! That's straight up dedication right there, doing things that you love to do, I'm doing wonderful, I really don't have any plans but maybe I will get the car washed.  

BB - Should try trail walking or road cycling in the park. It wont be so hot with plenty of tree shades/canopy like setting ! 🚴‍♀️
