155. That's my goal. It was a number that used to be so far away that is was a dream. Now, where I have less than 20lbs more to go, I'm really shocked that it could be a reality. Me? 155lbs? No way.

That being said, diet sabotage is incredibly real. I had to travel for 3 days, eating out every meal that I didn't order. I know that just seems impossible - but my recent trip to Calgary was completely catered. I tried to make good choices. But then, 4 beers is never a good choice!

I'm doing well today. That's what matters. I hiked my 70 flights of stairs in 32 minutes. I had vegetable soup and lentils for lunch, and my plan is for chicken and veggies for dinner. 20 more pounds. It's important that I keep my head screwed on straight. I'm ready to be a winner.
