The dipping sauce is a Rachel Ray recipe. Soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, water and sesame sauce. I only had black sesame, but it worked very well. Rolls are rice paper, which I also use for edible sails on cakes, shrimp, cabbage, avocado, scallions, cucumber, water chestnuts and air fried glass noodles. An easy, fast and tasty meal.
