Saturday I sweated (I think) too much. Organized a room with no a/c -- and I live in the south! Sweated what seemed like BUCKETS. Still trying to get hydrated. Feel weird today. Not sure what's going on...but have inhaled items with sodium. God only knows what my weight will look like come Wednesday. Normally, I wouldn't want to eat this many snack foods,....again, it's just weird. Working on 64 oz water now.
