Good morning my beautiful FS family! I am FINALLY getting myself back on the horse after being very disappointingly sparse with my gym visits for 2.5 weeks. I am sore today from the last three days and it feel sooooo good. I really didn't realize how much a love it.

I have only gained a bit of the 20lbs I lost so that makes me really happy. Excited to continue on this journey again. So for anyone who has been lacking the motivation to get back into it, HERE IS YOUR SIGN! You truly will feel so much better!
