Hoping everyone in the northeast stays safe and warm.
Didn't get far with the kettle ball yesterday as my arms were tired from scraping wallpaper. Made it through 23 minutes before my knees said no more squats. I'll get there.
Overtime at work most of the next 2 weeks, nice on the paycheck, not so nice on free time. Oh well that time of year. Might just come home tomorrow instead of the gym and go for a walk, it's supposed to be 70. The cold returns in a few days.
I sure won't need to cook much the rest of the week. Made a northern Indian recipe for a spiced cauliflower and potatoes for dinner (definitely not low carb), have leftovers on that as well as the 2 dishes cooked this weekend. Had a tilapia filet with that tonight.
