Aww, you are sweet. I'm convinced the life change theory is correct. Not hard this time as it's adapted into how I cook and eat. The last times I lost on Adkins, it wasn't a change I could live with. I'm still trying to be good and work the gym in, it makes me feel good, not enough hours in a day too often. Also trying to stay mostly away from beer and only a glass f wine here and there.
