Don't worry, we all fall off the tracks from time to time. The important thing to remember is your goal. Having a day of binging is bad, yes .... but don't let it trigger your past habits. Try pepsi max and if you absolutely MUST have it, then buy a bottle, and limit yourself to 100ml per day. Something just to curb the craving. Have faith. If weight loss was easy, we'd all be super models right? <3 Don't feel guilty, feel empowered ... push forward and remember why you wanted to lose weight in the first place. I don't wanna die before I'm a great grandad, so the idea of not seeing my kids' kids have kids (that's complicate I know, it's early here :D) - well that terrifies me. Let's get old and skinny together! Good luck, chin up, remember to peel the fat from that bacon next time and a nice wholemeal bread will help reduce the calories.
