I have been in the post-holiday doldrums, not being able to do much while waiting for my PT to start for my shoulder and just eating way too many snacks. I haven't even been logging my food intake. It is time to pick myself up, put on my big girl panties and get back at it. At least I have not gained too much back and have been maintaining my lower weight fairly well.
