So I finally hit the 10,000 steps on my fit bit. Actually I got almost 13,000 in yesterday. This is the first time since I have been measuring my steps that I actually got to 10,000! Super excited with that accomplishment. Still at the same weight, but that will change this week. I started measuring everything I eat and logging it. I'm always so surprised when I think I am doing well and then add up everything I ate. Damn how did that happen is my usual reaction!!
Anyone else out there love peanut butter? Guilty here! Instead of using a tablespoon I try to use a teaspoon so I don't get as much. I like it on some of my fruits or crackers. Stopped the crackers though since they are full of calories.
