I don't like bananas but could definitely go for those cherries and the rice. I love both. I would try the kale - sounds like an interesting, healthy way to fix it, it looks good, and I like most unprocessed foods.

Cherries and black coffee has been my breakfast several times this month. The rest of it would be a great dinner for me when time is not an issue. I roll pretty simply (raw) in daylight.

I love a big breakfast that's heavy on the protein. It takes a lot of pressure off my other meals...

Morticia -- my favorite way to eat greens is to saute some onion until it's translucent, then toss the rinsed greens in and cook just a couple of minutes 😋

Zanly -- I don't own an air fryer. I pressed the tofu really well before I cut it up, then mixed up a little bit of olive oil, cornstarch, and soy sauce and coated the pieces in that. Baked it about 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven, flipping once. Do you press your tofu? Makes a big difference in how well it browns and crisps up

saintlover and JustBananas -- I don't usually have time to get this elaborate with breakfast most days, even though I wake up before 5. Thursdays I work a late desk shift, so I go in late, which gave me more time
