You have good insight. Of course Dark chocolate covered peanut butter water cookies probably didn't help LOL... but I did pretty much the same as you this whole week... I have not been eating on our plan. Too many appointments and errands is what I am giving the blame to, get home and do not feel like cooking healthy or missed lunch and ate every thing in sight all evening. We are smarter than this, we can take control... lets just do it. Are you still walking the dog on the beach?? that is great exercise
