Great news! I bought a new wedding dress on Friday. I LOVEit!!! Gives me chills. :)

Friday night had a girls' night out with a few friends. Saturday worked my butt off at my parent's house. (progress is visual now) Sunday - alterations on dress - and surprised my Mom with the new dress (didn't tell her about it at all). Went to see movie "The Proposal" with Mom. Had a great day.

Really didn't keep up with the food that I was putting in my mouth, but it wasn't too off the chain. It was easy to come back to the plan this morning.

Exercise - with the exception of Friday and Sunday, I've worked out in some form or fashion every day. Turbo Jam is FUN. Still seems kind of different to work out first thing in the mornnig, but I find that I miss it when I oversleep! I'm ususally out of my house by 7am or 7:30am (usual time) and headed to work. I like getting up and leaving earlier. Can come into work and have a little down time before the day starts running. It's great!!!

64 oz water....will be soon after my current 2nd cup of joe. Added vanilla whey protein to coffee to substitute as 'creamer.' It's not as good as creamer, but it serves a purpose! Got a healthy lunch today - zucchini, onions, and apple sliced with pine nut pesto seasoning and extra virgin olive oil spray for additional flavoring. Vidalia onions are super. Pretty much have an onion a day. Weird? hmmm...maybe! But they are so good!!

Well, the day has started, and I must go sell something.

P.S. I've planned my workouts for the next upcoming several weeks. Not sure how the honeymoon time will come into play. May take a break. Or may bring the dvds with me. I know, I'm weird.
