It's been 2 weeks off the diet mindset. As a women, certain time of the month is often challenging and this month hasn't been easy. Nevertheless, I am back in the game with a strong 20 hours fast, next week I plan to do some extreme OMAD challenge so I can boost the weight loss. I want to really get on shape.
