Yeah, I figured out that fast food was NOT helping. Not all of it is bad, but it really is SO much more worth it to take a few minutes a day to put your own food together. It really helped me immensely as well! GREAT job! I know it's not easy, too! Just shy of 5 lbs is AMAZING work!
