High carb day. Took 8 weeks off mass gaining, 3wks at maintenance 5wks weeks in a deficit. I thought I would be ready for some food, but I hit a brick wall by meal #3. Still got a few calories to go. Might eat a few rice cakes if I can.

What app do use to track your lifting?. I box 2 times a week and started lifting weights 3 times a week and cardio.
