how did you make the broccoli? 😍

@4angelique4 I boiled the broccoli and cauliflower for about 5-10 minutes,( don’t over boil as they will lose the crunchy texture , after boiling transfer them to a bowl and add Cold Water then drain.
For the dressing:
3 tbsp double cream plain yogurt
1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
Fresh Parsley and coriander ( I didn’t measure add according to taste)
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 black pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and pour over boiled broccoli and cauliflower.
I hope the instructions make sense also you can add any other fresh herbs or spices you like.

This is my kind of food! I've lost about 9kgs in 5 months. Slow going, but I've been doing it in such a way that I can maintain the way I eat after I'm done (3 more kilos to go!). I still have a takeaway meal once a week, I eat lower carbs but will not cut them out completely because HELL NO lol. I use the calorie counter to get an idea of where abouts I am here and there, but that's it really. I like yummy food, I mainly just make sure portions are correct and I'm not having much sweet stuff.

@beetlediamon I am sort of doing the same thing. I can't see any weight lost on the scale yet but that's possibly because when I do do takeout I go a little crazy. portion control is still a bit difficult for me. well done on the 9kgs! I have 15 to go lol

Hey Yaya .. how did you calculate calories for this dish…. Did you check with each food on the calculator? Like potatoes alone first and then 1 peace of chicken etc
