OH MY GOOD --- what the heck do you have to do on FS to get a Blue Line ???
I finally hit the 139 pound mark on the weigh scale - TWO DAYS IN A ROW!!!
I am more than happy about that.
Knocked the calorie intake back to under 1,100 - and that always seems to work.
I sure enjoy maintenance eating - it is great - my metabolism is just racing
and I get to eat anywhere from 1500 to 1800 per day - I love that!!!
I am being very good about getting in some form of exercise each day.
Up to 25 reps on bone strengthening exercise and I dance and I walk.
I am eating really well - making healthier choices each day
(with some chocolate thrown in and the odd bowl of fruit loops - as if I need that?)
