Meatloaf experiment: used ground unsalted pecans, almonds & cashews for breadcrumbs. Lots of spices but no salt. Used Dak’s no salt spices, Mr. spice BBQ and Heinz no salt ketchup. 2/3 pound serving was only 232 sodium and 52 carbs. Taste was delicious.

if you make your own breadcrumbs with low carb bread you can knock carbs down to less than 20 for whole meatloaf
