Rode on an early morning Amtrak down to pick up a new-to-me vehicle. Got to watch the sun rise and life along the tracks...and being told by a conductor that I was the best-looking gal on the train. (Was I supposed to tip him?) There's a lot of time I spend around thinking about food. All these non-food activities need to be more common to keep me from eating my way back up to my previous weight (again).
