Well tomorrow is my weigh in day and I hope all will be well as we went out for Sunday lunch today with 2 of our daughters, and I think all my daily diet allowance was used up....oops. Roast beef lunch, though I did trim all the fat off and had the smallest of roasties, (swapped the big one for a small one), and had sticky toffee pudding, without the sticky toffee sauce...sponge pud is allowed now and again, and as my reverse diabetes diet book gives a recipe for something very similar, I guess one days transgression in 3 months will not be too bad.

On the plus side got lots of exercise in this week, yoga, muscle toning, walking and aerobics, as well as lots of laughing today!! so I'll be happy if my weight is the same as last week, and ecstatic if it has gone down.
