Moussaka with salad garnish came to 963 calories, so only had 2 plums for lunch to allow for it at dinnertime. Actually might have been a bit more, as I did put a dash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper on the salad. Can't have bechamel on top as I react to wheat, but had a mix of lactose-free Cheddar cheese and Parmigiano Reggiano.
